Issued: 11:17 PM EDT May. 28, 2017 – National Weather Service

... A Flood Warning remains in effect until 630 am EDT Monday for
Huntington... Wells... Adams... Putnam... southeastern Paulding... Van
Wert and Allen counties...

At 1114 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain had
moved out of the area, however, radar estimates over three inches of
rain fell over portions of the area this afternoon and evening, and
there have been reports of flooding. Run-off of the heavy rainfall
will continue to cause flooding in the area overnight.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lima, Huntington, Van Wert, Bluffton, Decatur, Delphos, Ottawa,
Berne, Ossian, Paulding, Spencerville, Columbus Grove, Leipsic,
Elida, Cridersville, Kalida, Geneva, Pandora, Continental and
Andrews.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
