At 1240 PM... an area of showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain
was moving across portions of northeast Kentucky and southeast
Ohio. Radar estimates of 1 to 1.5 inches per hour were common in
the heavier rain.

This torrential rainfall may cause localized flooding. Do not
drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

At 1240 PM... an area of showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain
was moving across portions of northeast Kentucky and southeast
Ohio. Radar estimates of 1 to 1.5 inches per hour were common in
the heavier rain.
