The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* flood advisory for...
northwestern Hamilton County in southwestern Ohio...
Butler County in southwestern Ohio...

* until 215 am EDT.

* At 1013 PM EDT, minor flooding was reported north of Hamilton at
Spring Road and fear not Mills Road. This advisory replaces the
Flash Flood Warning that was in effect earlier.

* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
and underpasses will continue to occur. In addition, farmland near
creeks, streams and drainage ditches will continue to experience
minor flooding.

Some locations that will experience minor flooding include...
Hamilton, Fairfield, Forest Park, Trenton, Springdale, Wyoming,
Cheviot, Mount Healthy, Finneytown, Ross, Seven Mile, Taylor Creek,
Bridgetown, Miami Heights, and Dunlap.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

your report via social media, when you can do so safely.

... Flash Flood Watch remains in effect through Thursday morning...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* portions of Indiana, northern Kentucky, and Ohio, including
the following areas, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette in,
Franklin in, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union in, and Wayne.
In northern Kentucky, Boone, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin,
Grant, Kenton, Owen, and Pendleton. In Ohio, Butler, Darke,
Hamilton, and Preble.

* Through Thursday morning.

* A series of showers and thunderstorms have continued to train
across the same area this evening with more showers and
thunderstorms possible through tomorrow morning. Isolated
rainfall totals above three inches have already been reported.
Flooding has also been reported in Hamilton and Butler counties.


Precautionary/preparedness actions...

People in the watch area should keep an eye on the weather and be
prepared for immediate action should heavy rains and flooding
occur or a Flash Flood Warning be issued. Avoid low-lying areas,
and be careful when approaching Highway dips and underpasses.
