... Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Thursday morning
through Friday morning...

* locations... Arlington... The Dalles... White Salmon.

* Snow accumulations... 5 to 10 inches.

* Ice accumulations... up to a tenth of an inch.

* Timing... snow will develop Thursday morning then increase in
intensity Thursday afternoon and Thursday night. In addition...
   a wintry mix of snow... sleet and freezing rain is expected
Thursday night and Friday morning

* impacts... area roadways will be snow covered and slick.
Driving on Interstate 84 and Highway 14 will be hazardous with
poor visibility and periods of moderate to heavy snow.
