1 PM EST Wednesday...

* locations... North Woods... portions of the Central Highlands...
Central Aroostook and the St. John valley.

* Hazard types... snow... sleet and freezing rain.

* Accumulations... snow and sleet accumulation of 4 to 8 inches.

* Ice accumulations... around a tenth of an inch.

* Timing... this morning through Wednesday morning.

* Impacts... moderate to high. The combination of snow... sleet and
freezing rain will result in hazardous travel conditions.

* Winds... northeast 5 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

* Visibilities... one quarter to one half mile at times.

* Temperatures... in the mid 20s.
