Special Weather Statement
Issued: Environment Canada
Special Weather Statement issued by Environment. 12:44 AM EDT Thursday 22 June 2017.
Rain on tap for the festivities on Friday.

A disturbance developing over the American plains will invite itself to the Saint-Jean-Baptiste celebration on Friday. Several bands of rain will affect the above mentioned regions. The rain will crash the party even more in the Outaouais and Laurentians regions, over Central Quebec and in the Quebec City region. Lastly, fireworks might not be the only thing illuminating the sky as thunderstorms may affect Southern Quebec.

Conditions on Saturday will be more favourable for bonfires over most areas mentionned in this bulletin.
