* at 1049 am EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding. Overflowing poor
drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area.

Gilead, Millersburg, Massillon, Barberton, green, Alliance, North

Rainfall of 1 to locally 2 inches is expected over the area. This
rain will result in minor flooding.
