... Areas of dense fog may impact travel this afternoon and
tonight near Lake Michigan...

Areas of dense fog, with visibilities of a quarter of a mile or
less and at times down to a few hundred feet, will continue
this afternoon into Saturday morning near the Lake Michigan
shoreline from Northport to Algoma to Manitowoc.

Motorist traveling Highway 42 in Kewaunee and Manitowoc counties,
and highways 42 and 57 near Lake Michigan in Door County are
urged to exercise caution as visibilities can fall significantly
in a very short distance. If you encounter dense fog, slow down
and use your low beam headlights.
