... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect from 6 am this morning
to 6 am MDT Saturday...

* impacts... heavy snow in the high country will make outdoor
recreation difficult. Highway 14 through the Bighorn Mountains
will become snowpacked and slick.

* Timing... snow will develop today and continue through Friday
night. Heaviest snow will occur tonight and Friday.

* Snow accumulation... 10 to 16 inches. Greatest amounts will fall
on northeast facing slopes above 6000 feet.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning means a significant amount of snow is
expected or occurring. Strong winds are also possible. This will
make travel very hazardous or impossible.
