The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
southeastern Franklin County in central Ohio...
northwestern Fairfield County in central Ohio...
southeastern Licking County in central Ohio...

* until 315 am EDT.

* At 1244 am EDT... radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain
moving slowly east across the area. Doppler radar estimates
indicate that 1 to 1.5 inches of rain has fallen across parts of
southwest Licking County since midnight. Up to another inch of
rain will be possible through 2 am.

* Minor flooding of low lying and poorly drained streets... highways
and underpasses will occur. In addition... farmland near creeks...
streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.
