Winter Weather Advisory
Issued: 12:29 AM CST Dec. 4, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 11 am CST this
morning...

* short term trends... little change is expected through the early
morning hours with steady light to moderate snow.

* Storm total snow... snow accumulations will generally be in the 2
to 3 inch range before ending Sunday morning... and mainly on
vegetation with lesser amounts on roads due to melting.

* Winds/visibility... southeast winds may exceed 10 mph at times but
will have little impact. Visibilities will be steady around one
or two miles.

* Impacts... primary impacts will be travel conditions. The
consistency of the snow will make it slushy and slippery on
roadways... especially bridges and overpasses.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
driving.
