Special Weather Statement issued by Environment.  12:55 AM EDT Thursday 30 March 2017.
Significant rainfall possible Thursday night into Friday.  

A low pressure system over Missouri will track towards the lower Great Lakes over the next couple of days. Periods of rain are forecast to begin this morning over extreme Southwestern Ontario and then spread towards Niagara this afternoon. Significant rainfall totals of 25 to 40 mm are possible before it begins to taper off Friday night.
