... The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 145 am CDT for
Muhlenberg County...

At 952 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Radar indicates over three inches
of rain have already fallen over a good portion of the County. Flash
flooding remains likely.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Central City... Greenville... Powderly... Graham... Weir... Dunmor...
Drakesboro... Bremen and South Carrollton.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

The Flash Flood Watch is now in effect for

* a portion of western Kentucky... including the following
areas... Christian... Muhlenberg... Todd and Trigg.

* Through late Thursday night

* locally heavy rainfall amounts over 2 inches may occur in some
locations of the southern pennyrile region of western KY.
Storms will be capable of intense... locally heavy downpours
overnight tonight into Thursday evening.

* If a Flash Flood Warning is issued for your area... seek higher
ground and move away from flood prone areas immediately.
Otherwise you will likely put your life in danger. Never cross
a flooded roadway. Turn around... don't drown!
