Special Weather Statement issued by Environment.  01:02 PM EDT Wednesday 29 March 2017.
Significant rainfall possible Thursday night into Friday.  

A developing low pressure system over Kansas will track towards the lower Great Lakes late Thursday and linger into Friday. Rain is forecast to begin Thursday morning over extreme Southwestern Ontario and then spread into the rest of the regions by Thursday afternoon. Significant rainfall totals of 25 to 40 mm are possible before it begins to taper off Friday night.
