... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 8 am CST /7 am
MST/ Wednesday...

A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 8 am CST /7 am
MST/ Wednesday.

* Timing... snow will continue Tuesday afternoon and into the evening.

* Precipitation rates... the heaviest snowfall rates will occur
between noon and 6 PM.

* Snow accumulations... total snow accumulations of 12 to 18 inches.

* Winds / visibilities... northwest winds gusting up to 40 mph
will continue through Tuesday night creating areas of blowing
and drifting snow resulting in reduced visibilities.

* Impacts... hazardous travel conditions due to reduced visibility
from falling and blowing snow. Slippery and snow packed roads
will be possible.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow... sleet
and ice are occurring. Strong winds are also possible. This will
