through late Monday night...

* impacts... moderate to heavy snowfall with blowing and drifting
snow will accumulate on roadways and may reduce visibility,
making travel difficult. Mountain passes may become extremely
difficult to travel.

* Timing... late Sunday morning through Monday night.

* Snow accumulations... 6 to 12 inches with up to 20 inches above
7500 feet for the Caribou Highlands and Bear River Range.

* Confidence... moderate to high confidence on timing and amounts
except for the central mountains. Low confidence due to
uncertainty in storm track on Monday.
