The National Weather Service in Pocatello has issued a Winter
Storm Watch... which is in effect from Sunday morning through
Monday afternoon.

* Impacts... snow to produce difficult driving conditions. Blowing
snow will reduce visibilities below 1/4 statue mile on
roadways. Risk of frostbite late Sunday through Monday if
exposed for a prolonged period without proper protection.

* Timing... Sunday afternoon through Monday afternoon, peaking
late Sunday through early Monday.

* Snow accumulations... 4 to 8 inches up to 14 inches.
