... Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Thursday evening
through Friday evening...

* timing... rain will change to snow Thursday night, with snow
continuing heavy at times Friday. Snow should diminish Friday
night.

* Accumulations... storm total snow accumulations of 6 to 10
inches are possible.

* Wind and visibility... winds will increase from the north
around 20 to 35 mph Thursday night through Friday evening.
Visibility is expected to be reduced to less than a half mile
at times while snow is falling.
