Light winds and some breaks in the cloud cover will allow
temperatures to fall below freezing in most locations tonight.
This coupled with residual moisture may allow patchy black ice to
develop this evening and into the overnight hours. Motorists
planning travel should be prepared for slippery spots and drive
with extra caution tonight.
