* At 7:30 PM Tuesday the stage was 14.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is possible.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage Sunday evening... and continue
rising to 17.7 feet Tuesday.
* This forecast is based on routed flow from upstream. Consequently
there is limited confidence in the river reaching flood stage.

Light winds and abundant low level moisture along with pockets
of clearing skies will allow for patchy dense fog to form early
this morning. Visibilities will drop to around one quarter mile or
less at times, and visibilities could vary greatly over short
distances. If you will be driving early this morning, remain alert
for dense fog and rapidly changing visibilities.
