Sunday...

The National Weather Service in Quad Cities has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for snow... which is in effect from 2 am to 3 PM
CST Sunday.

* Timing... snow will begin around midnight in Iowa, and in
northern Illinois after 3 am. Snow will continue through late
morning and early afternoon Sunday.

* Snow accumulations... 2 to 4 inches.

* Wind... south 5 to 10 mph.

* Temperatures... in the lower 30s.

* Impacts... light to moderate wet snow will create slippery travel
conditions over the area, and will reduce visibility to under 1
mile at times.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while
driving.
