... The Flood Advisory remains in effect until 1145 PM CDT for north
central Douglas and central Washington counties...

At 845 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated that most of the heavy rain
had moved east out of the advisory. Minor flooding will still be
possible, as more thunderstorms could develop. The heaviest rain
fell from north and east of Elkhorn to Washington... then to around
and west of Kennard. Be alert especially alert for flooding near
Kennard where over 7 inches of rain fell last week.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Blair... Kennard... Bennington... Herman and Washington.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
