Moines... northeastern Muscatine and southern Scott counties until
1245 am CDT...

At 1042 PM CDT... a developing large area of thunderstorms was
located near Raritan... or 13 miles north of Macomb... moving north at
35 mph.

These storms will produce locally heavy rainfall of 1 to possibly
over 2 inches through 1 am. This may result in significant ponding
of water in low lying areas. Motorists should not drive into water
on area roadways.
