Special Statement
Issued: 4:31 AM EST Feb. 23, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Areas of dense fog expected this morning...

Areas of dense fog have developed in the valleys overnight and
will continue through this morning. Visibilities will fall under
a quarter of a mile at times.

Motorists should be prepared for sharply reduced visibilities and
allow extra driving time, especially those heading to work or
school this morning.
