afternoon...

* winds... NE wind 10 to 15 kt... strongest in the outside waters.
Winds becoming light and variable tonight.

* Waves... W swell 10 to 15 feet with wave periods of around 13
seconds. Seas subsiding to 8 feet this evening. Another W swell
train building Wednesday.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
