... Heat advisory remains in effect until 7 PM CDT this evening...

* temperature... highs in the middle to upper 90s combined with
high humidity levels will result in heat index readings from
106 to 110.

* Impacts... heat stress will reach dangerous levels and could
lead to heat exhaustion or heat stroke for those working
outdoors.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Take extra precautions... if you work or spend time outside. When
possible... reschedule strenuous activities to early morning or
evening. Know the signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat
