northwestern Fairfield County in central Ohio...

* until 930 PM EDT.

* At 702 PM EDT... radar indicated that thunderstorms had produced
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen since 6 PM. Heavy rain continues to fall with
another 1 to locally 2 inches possible. Runoff from this excessive
rainfall will cause flash flooding to occur.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...

* Flood Advisory for...
eastern Franklin County in central Ohio...

* until 930 PM EDT.

* At 658 PM EDT... radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain
moving slowly south across Franklin County. Rainfall rates of 1 to
2 inches an hour will be possible through 8 PM.

* Minor flooding of low lying and poorly drained streets... highways
and underpasses will occur. In addition... farmland near creeks...
streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.
