Dense Fog Advisory
Issued: 6:05 AM EDT Jul. 29, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Dense fog advisory in effect until 9 am EDT this morning...

The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a dense fog
advisory... which is in effect until 9 am EDT this morning.

* Timing... areas of dense fog will persist through 9 am.

* Impacts... visibilities will be a quarter of a mile or less at
times. These poor visibilities will result in hazardous travel
conditions.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Motorists should use extra caution. Slow down, use low-beam
headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you as objects
on and near roadways will be seen only at close range due to low
visibilities.

Special Statement
Issued: 4:48 AM EDT Jul. 29, 2016 – National Weather Service
