Wednesday...

* locations include the cities of... Aspen... Vail... Snowmass.

* Timing... snow will redevelop over the area this afternoon and
increase in intensity this evening. Snow continues through early
Wednesday morning.

* Snow accumulation... 5 to 10 inches with locally higher amounts
along west facing slopes.

* Winds... west 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph over the
higher elevations.

* Impacts... low visibility in periods of snow and blowing snow
will make travel difficult with hazardous conditions expected
over Vail Pass.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow and/or
blowing snow will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
driving.
