Issued: 7:29 AM MST Dec. 7, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Dense fog advisory in effect until 10 am MST this morning...

The National Weather Service in Grand Junction has issued a dense
fog advisory... which is in effect until 10 am MST this morning.

* Timing... areas of dense fog will continue through this morning
and burn off after 10 am MST.

* Impacts... areas of dense fog will reduce visibilities to less
than quarter mile especially along the river, with slick roads
due to freezing fog as well.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
