The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* flood advisory for...
Ohio County in southeastern Indiana...
southern Dearborn County in southeastern Indiana...
northern Switzerland County in southeastern Indiana...
central Boone County in northern Kentucky...

* until 100 am EDT.

* At 1037 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rainfall. Up to 1.25 inches of rainfall has already fallen with
another inch of rainfall possible.

* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks,
streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.

Some locations that will experience minor flooding include...
Florence, Aurora, Rising Sun, Oakbrook, Burlington, Union, Patriot,
pleasant, French, Hartford, Fairview, Aberdeen, Big Bone lick,
Waterloo, Avonburg, Rabbit Hash, Beaverlick, Quercus Grove, North
Landing and pate.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

southwestern Dearborn County in southeastern Indiana...

* until 1215 am EDT.

* At 912 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rainfall. Up to one inch of rainfall has already fallen with
another one inch of rainfall possible.

* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks,
streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.

Some locations that will experience minor flooding include...
Versailles, Milan, Osgood, Dillsboro, Moores Hill, Holton, Mount
Sinai, Rexville, Cold Springs, Benham, New Marion, Farmers Retreat,
Friendship, Versailles lake, Cross Plains, Otter Village and Olean.
