The National Weather Service in Sacramento has issued a dense fog
advisory for the lower elevations of the central and southern
Sacramento Valley, which is in effect until 10 am PST this
morning.

* Visibility... widespread visibility less than one half mile with
areas of visibility less than one quarter mile

* locations... Oroville... Marysville and Sacramento

* impacts... areas of low visibility in the central and southern
Sacramento Valley will make driving in these areas dangerous.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use
your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
