west central Harding County in northeastern New Mexico...
eastern Mora County in northeastern New Mexico...

* until 845 PM MDT.

* At 648 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause Arroyo and small stream flooding in
the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Wagon Mound, Valmora, Watrous, Ocate, Ojo Feliz, Golondrinas and
shoemaker.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
