Patchy dense fog has developed across northeast Tennessee,
southwest Virginia, and southwest north Caroline early this
morning. Visibilities will drop to around a quarter of a mile in
some locations. Motorists are encouraged to slow down while
driving, use low beam headlights and maintain a safe distance
between vehicles.
