... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until noon MST Saturday
for elevations above 5500 feet...

* timing... light to moderate snow showers will continue through
mid-morning before increasing in intensity and coverage later
this morning. An extended period of moderate to heavy snow will
then develop by this afternoon and will continue overnight. Snow
will become showery again by Saturday afternoon.

* General event total snow accumulations... depending on your
location within the warning area... expect 8 to 16 inches
between 5500 and 7000 feet and 12 to 24 inches above 7000
feet.

* Additional snowfall from 3 am MST today until noon MST
