... Locally dense fog through sunrise...

Patchy to areas of fog will continue across the region through
sunrise. Some of the fog will be locally dense fog at times which
will reduce visibilities to one quarter mile or less in some
locations. Motorists are urged to slow down, leave plenty of space
between the car in front of you, and to use their low beam
headlights if encountering fog this morning. The fog is expected
to burn off shortly after sunrise with improving conditions
expected.
