Special Statement
Issued: 3:55 AM EST Feb. 28, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Patchy dense fog this morning across central Georgia and parts
of north Georgia...

Residual moisture and cooling temperatures will result in some
patchy dense fog to develop this morning across an area mainly
along and south of line from Carrollton to south Atlanta to
Warrenton. Visibilities may be reduced to near a quarter mile at
times. Motorists please use extreme caution and be prepared to
slow down quickly. Any fog should lift and scatter after about 9
am.
