including the following areas, in east central Georgia, Burke,
Columbia, Lincoln, McDuffie, and Richmond. In central South
Carolina, Aiken, Bamberg, Barnwell, Calhoun, Chesterfield,
Clarendon, Edgefield, Fairfield, Kershaw, Lancaster, Lee,
Lexington, McCormick, Newberry, Orangeburg, Richland, Saluda,

amounts up to 2 inches with locally higher amounts are possible.

* Flooding may occur in low lying and flood prone locations and
especially in some urban areas. In addition, creeks, streams
