* until 545 PM PDT

* at 150 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across The Mount Laguna area, with nearly a half an
inch of rain reported in the last 15 minutes. Flash flooding will
likely begin shortly.

* Some locations that will likely experience flooding include...
Mount Laguna, I-8 between Pine Valley and Boulevard, Cuyamaca
Rancho State Park, I-8 between Boulevard and Imperial County line,
