* until 615 am CDT

* at 320 am CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Pensacola, Ferry Pass, Brent, West Pensacola, Ensley, Warrington,
pace, Goulding, Lillian, Myrtle Grove, Perdido Beach and
Floridatown.

... A strong thunderstorm will affect the following counties... Santa
Rosa and south central Escambia counties in Florida until 415 am
CDT...

At 320 am CDT, a line of strong thunderstorms extended from just
southwest of Munson Florida to Lillian Alabama. The strongest
thunderstorm was located over West Pensacola. While the line was
slowly moving east, individual thunderstorms were moving northeast
at 45 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Pensacola, Ferry Pass, Brent, West Pensacola, Ensley, Warrington,
pace, Milton, Gulf Breeze, Goulding, Bagdad, Myrtle Grove, Oriole
Beach, Navarre, Point Baker, Pea Ridge, Roeville and Floridatown.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
