... Coastal flood advisory now in effect until 11 am CDT Sunday...

* coastal flooding... tide levels are expected to reach between
3.0 and 3.9 feet mean lower low water.

* Timing... during astronomical high tide Sunday morning.

* Impacts... parts of Highway 87 between Sabine Pass and High
Island will experience minor flooding, along with secondary
roads in Port Arthur, Sabine Pass, Cameron, and along the
Northshore of Calcasieu Lake.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A coastal flood advisory indicates that onshore winds and tides
will combine to generate flooding of low areas along the shore.
