... Dense fog and poor air quality in the Havelock area...

Calm winds overnight and smoke from a prescribed burn yesterday in
the Havelock area created an area of dense fog and stagnant smoky air.
This will result in very low visibilities in some places of a
mile or less. The smoky air could also make it difficult to
breathe, especially for individuals with asthma or other health
conditions. Consider staying indoors and out of the smoky air if
you have health issues.

Conditions should improve by mid to late morning as the winds
increase and disperse the smoke and fog.
