* until 530 PM EDT

* at 357 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
minor flooding in the advisory area. Radar estimates indicate 2 to
4 inches of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Duette and near Fort Lonesome.

Additional rainfall of 1 to 3 inches is possible over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
