Flood Warning
Issued: 10:24 AM EDT Apr. 26, 2017 – National Weather Service

The Flood Warning continues for the Haw River near Bynum.
* At 10:00 am Wednesday the stage was 13.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* The river will continue to fall to below flood stage tonight.
* Impact... the river is 400 to 800 feet wide across, but flooding
should remain confined to extensive stretches of Woods and
pastureland along the river. At 11.0 feet, the river will be
about 400 feet across, flooding pasturelands on the right bank
and Woodlands on the left.
