increasing in the middle Ohio Valley Friday morning, and then
across much of West Virginia, by about midday Friday. Rounds of
showers and thunderstorms with very heavy rain are then expected
through Friday evening. This rainfall, coupled with rain that
has already fallen, could produce flash flooding, especially
along small streams, creeks, low spots and poor drainage areas.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should flash flood warnings be issued.
