* at 455 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to an area
of showers and thunderstorms. This will cause poor drainage, low-
lying, or small stream flooding across portions of the advised
area. Up to three inches of rain can be expected, where the
heaviest rains fall, in about a two hour timeframe.
