* winds... east 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* Timing... the strongest winds are expected to occur from after
sunrise this morning through mid afternoon.

* Wind impacts... strong winds may blow down limbs... trees... and
power lines. Isolated to scattered power outages are possible.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Advisory means that very windy conditions are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult... especially for
high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Light-weight outdoor
objects such as patio furniture and garbage cans should be
secured.

* Winds... northeast 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt.

* Seas... 2 to 4 feet.

* Timing... the strongest winds are expected during the day on
today. Winds will quickly decrease from south to north late this
afternoon. Seas will quickly build through the day.

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
Harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.
