A widespread 1.5 to 2.5 inches of rain has already fallen. There are
locally higher amounts, including more than 3 inches in Westover. A

the flooding worse. The rain should then taper off with little if
any additional rain after 5 am EDT.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Jeffries, Osceola Mills, Houtzdale, Chester Hill, Philipsburg, West
Decatur, Ramey, Glen Hope, Brisbin and Westover.
