... Lake effect snow watch remains in effect from Thursday
afternoon through Saturday morning...

* locations... Warren County.

* Hazard types... heavy lake effect snow and blowing snow.

* Snow accumulations... total accumulations of 8 to 14 inches
possible.

* Timing... bands of heavy lake effect snow will start on
Thursday and persist into early Saturday.

* Impacts... the heavy snow will make many roads impassable and may
produce scattered power outages due to the weight of the snow
on tree limbs and power lines.

* Winds... west 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
