The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* portions of Pennsylvania and West Virginia, including the
following areas, in Pennsylvania, Allegheny, Armstrong,
Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Greene, Jefferson, and Washington. In
West Virginia, Brooke, Hancock, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia,
Ohio, and Wetzel.

* Through late tonight

* showers and storms with periods of heavy rain are possible this
afternoon and evening. Rain will taper off overnight.

* System totals of 1 to 2 inches of rain can be expected, with
some isolated higher totals possible. Flash flooding will be
possible in areas that receive the heaviest rain.
